United American News — Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using unitedamericannews.com (the “Service”), operated by United American News (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

United American News is an AI-assisted news curation service that provides curated feeds, plain-English summaries, daily briefs, and alerts based on reporting from third-party news sources. The Service is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. We do not produce original news reporting, and we are not affiliated with any political party, campaign, or advocacy organization.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

Certain features may require you to submit contact information. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

United American News offers two separate, optional SMS programs:

  • Transactional account alerts — messages about your account and requests you have made
  • Promotional marketing — marketing and promotional text messages about our Service and offers

Consent to each program is collected separately and is never a condition of using the Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP (or email support@unitedamericannews.com) for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated abuse
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract content from the Service without our prior written consent
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Republish, resell, or redistribute our summaries or briefs for commercial purposes

7. Service Availability and Support

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Support is available via email at support@unitedamericannews.com, with responses typically within 1–2 business days.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by United American News or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Content and Sources

Summaries and briefs on the Service are derived from reporting published by third parties. Headlines, article excerpts, and source material remain the property of their respective publishers, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those publishers. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@unitedamericannews.com with the details of the claim.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Informational Content Only — Not Professional Advice

The Service provides AI-curated summaries of third-party news reporting for general informational purposes. Summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions; the linked source article is always authoritative. Content on the Service does not constitute financial, investment, tax, insurance, legal, or medical advice, and we are not a licensed advisor of any kind. Verify important details with the original reporting and, where relevant, consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you read.

11.2 No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated responses may contain errors.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, United American News shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United American News and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 8 through 14 survive any termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; you agree to contact us at support@unitedamericannews.com and allow thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Nothing in this section limits your ability to file a complaint with a government agency.

15. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and United American News regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
