In 2020, James O’Keefe while leading Project Veritas obtained a copy of the personal diary of Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley from a tipster for $40,000. After reading it and seeing that the Biden daughter related ‘inappropriate showers’ that her father used to take with her, among other personal admissions involving child sex trauma, drug abuse. O’Keefe and Project Veritas decided not to release the diary.

A staffer decided to leak a copy of the diary anyway to the National File, which broke the story.

The U.S. Department of Justice initiated a prosecution of the journalists and the media outlet by doing a late-night unannounced raid of O’Keefe and his fellow journalists. Even though the government raided O’Keefe, and subpoenaed Microsoft and email providers to vacuum up the information from these journalists, the government was never able to secure an indictment.

You can read the full Ashley Biden diary here.

The DOJ claimed that the purchase of the diary by O’Keefe and Project Veritas was “interstate transportation in stolen goods worth more than $5,000.”

Last April, one of the two individuals who originally obtained the diary, Aimee Harris, was sentenced to over a month in prison.

For years the media refused to report on the story, claiming that the diary’s contents were not verified. Last year, Ashley Biden confirmed the diary to Project Veritas, as well as confirming the diary was hers in court. The media repeatedly covered for the Biden crime family, as it also covered up the contents of the Hunter Biden laptop.

The case had been tied up in the courts for years due to discovery disputes, where the government was trying to get access to attorney-client protected documents.

In discovery, it emerged that Biden’s attorney Roberta Kaplan, was able to start an investigation into the media outlet simply by emailing the U.S. Attorney asking for an investigation to be opened. Kaplan is the far-left ideologue who has been at the center of many of Trump’s persecutions, including the corrupt legal fraud involving E. Jean Carroll who received an $83 million judgment against Trump even though she could not remember any alleged contact between the two.

Today, the U.S. Department of Justice under President Trump and his nominated Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that they are closing the investigation with no charges being brought.

Insiders tell the Gateway Pundit that even a month ago, the Department of Justice was still trying to find a way to indict anyone left in the case, including O’Keefe, as the corrupt DOJ prosecutors were on their way out due to the incoming Trump administration.

O’Keefe left Project Veritas, the organization he founded, in February 2023 after a conflict with his handpicked board of directors. The board members all later resigned within six months after O’Keefe left.

As part of the revelations related to the Hunter Biden laptop, it emerged that the former Vice President’s son lists Joe Biden as “Pedo Peter” as a contact name in his phone. Joe Biden was widely criticized for sniffing young girls’ hair and for inappropriate touching. Biden was also accused of raping Tara Reade with his fingers in 1993.

This end to the investigation has nevertheless cost Project Veritas $6,254,929.99 in legal costs while they fought to defend O’Keefe, Spencer Meads, Eric Cochran, Jered Ede for several years. Even the media company’s office manager had her emails and belongings raided and investigated. Many staffers and journalists were harassed for years by the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation.

In a statement, Project Veritas celebrated the news.

James O’Keefe celebrated the dismissal as well on his Twitter account.

Project Veritas Attorney Steve Klein had this to say about today’s dismissal:

“This was a bogus investigation that exposed the shameful lengths the former administration would go to live up to Joe Biden’s line that “no one ****s with a Biden.” The raids on the homes of Project Veritas journalists, the seizure of dozens of electronic devices, and snooping through years of e-mails amounts to a dangerous precedent that the courts were unwilling to stop. It is a blessing that the new administration put an end to it, and I hope they make moves to ensure it never happens again.”

The Trump Administration has made it a priority to release Obama/Biden political prisoners, pardon those who were persecuted by the out-of-control Department of Justice, and announcing an end to years of prosecutor corruption.
