We have been tracking the unstoppable rise in right-wing, populist, and nationalist parties all over Europe, as the native populations rebel against unchecked mass migration, transgender lunacy, the cult ‘Global Warming’ and other suicidal Globalist policies.
Lately, the European Liberal-Globalist establishment has dramatically stepped up its efforts to contain these political forces through the use of the state apparatus and biased courts.
The latest instance of this nefarious trend is the decision by the German domestic intelligence agency – with the misleading benign name of ‘Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution’ against the Alternative for Germany (AfD), party leading the opinion polls.
By classifying the AfD as a right-wing extremist organization, it exposes them to a world of harassment by the new Government that is already floating the idea of banning the party – so they are fighting back.
Allgemeine Zeitung reported (translated from the German):
“The AfD has filed a lawsuit against the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV). A letter to this effect has been sent to the competent administrative court in Cologne, said the spokesman for party leader Alice Weidel, Daniel Tapp. The BfV is based in Cologne.
A court spokesman confirmed that the AfD had filed a lawsuit (AZ 13K3895/25) and an urgent application (AZ 13L1109/25).”
The spy agency announced on Friday (2) the classification of the AfD as CONFIRMED right-wing extremist organization.
“With the lawsuit, the party is now trying to prohibit the authority from classifying, observing, treating, examining and/or leading the AfD as a confirmed right-wing extremist endeavor. The warning letter stated that both this classification and the disclosure of this circumstance were considered manifestly unlawful.”

Reuters reported:
“The extremist classification announced on Friday allows the spy agency to step up monitoring of the AfD, the biggest opposition party in parliament, for example by recruiting informants and intercepting party communications.
The agency’s 1,100-page experts’ report, which is not to be released to the public, found the AfD to be a racist and anti-Muslim organization.”
Liberals, Greens and Globalists of all stripes in the German parliament will now attempt to cut public funding for the AfD, and SPD leader Lars Klingbeil already stated that the incoming Friedrich Merz government will try to ban the party.
“Its lawsuit comes one day before conservative leader Friedrich Merz is due to be elected chancellor by Germany’s lower house of parliament and amid a heated debate within his party over how to deal with the AfD.”

AfD, the second most voted party in the February national elections, and the leader in the opinion polls, is accused of ‘ongoing agitation’ against refugees and migrants.
Associated Press reported:
“Some top Trump administration officials have criticized the decision, prompting a retort from the German Foreign Ministry.
In a social media post on Friday, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio called on Germany to undo the classification, saying the move to give new powers to the spy agency to surveil the opposition amounted to ‘tyranny in disguise’.
[…] Vice President JD Vance, who met with Weidel after the elections in February, wrote on social media that AfD was ‘by far the most representative’ party in formerly Communist eastern Germany, adding: ‘Now the bureaucrats try to destroy it’.”
