A protester in a wheelchair was seen screaming as Capitol Police rolled her out of the Rayburn House Office building and arrested her for obstructing a House Energy and Commerce Committee markup on Congressional Republicans’ Trump-backed “Big Beautiful Bill.” It is currently unclear if her outbursts occurred in the hearing room or in the hallway outside.
